ENGINEERED FLOORING

Many situations such as climate, humidity, and the structure of a home’s sub-floor can limit a homeowner’s ability to install traditional hardwood floors, however, advances in engineered flooring make the warmth and richness of real wood available in nearly every situation.

Engineered floors are designed in layers to avoid expanding and contracting, and their convenient tongue and groove design makes for easy installation. They can be installed on a wood or concrete sub-floor above or below grade, and many can be sanded and refinished for decades of durability. Our Engineered floors require on average 40% fewer wood fibers, which means fewer trees to be cut down for their creation than traditional full-dimension lumber.
